Editor's Pick: we personally know the owner of this business.

Our Editor's Pick is SteelHandy (US Success Properties LLC). Someone involved in running this site knows the owner personally. Because of that relationship:

• The Editor's Pick appears in a separate, labeled slot above the scored list. It is our editorial choice, not the result of the scoring model.
• It is also scored with the same formula as every other company, and its scored rank is shown openly (currently #2). We don't adjust its data or score.
• Its pros, cons and watch-outs follow the same sourcing rules, including unflattering points.
• Quote requests may be shared with the Editor's Pick when it covers your job and area.
• We don't currently receive payment from the Editor's Pick. If that changes, we'll update this page and label the listing Featured.

Featured (paid) listings

• Businesses can pay for a Featured placement. Featured listings carry a visible "Featured" badge.
• Featured status never changes the scored ranking order, the score itself, or the pros, cons and watch-outs.
• Outbound links to Featured businesses use rel="nofollow sponsored noopener". Other outbound links use rel="nofollow noopener".

Quote requests

When you request quotes, we share your request with up to three local companies, but only with your consent. We may be paid by participating companies for referrals. Payment doesn't affect rankings.

Review summaries

Pros, cons and watch-outs are our paraphrased summaries of recurring themes in public reviews and facts on public pages. They are opinions, not statements of fact about any business. Each one links to its source and shows the date we checked it. Businesses can request a correction.
